Chris is GUILTY ... of lack of judgement.
What he did, posting dismembered dead people, is of extreme bad taste.
"Paying" the photos with access to porn is also distastefull and degrading to the deads and families ( yes, they also have families) of the deads.
Promoting his site as an " in " or " cool " thing shows again a lack of maturity or intelligence.
This said, I don't think he broke any laws. I doubt his " adult " pictures are " obscene "...
I don't think there is a law against posing pics of dead ( and anyway, he is not charged with that ).
Paying " content' with porn aceess is not against the law...
Maybe the troops broke a " code", but Chris broke nothing and should be freed.
May his experience serves of warning to others here.
