Why do you require clients to have 2257 info then?

The credit card associations require the 2257 statements (MasterCard in particular).

tactless?
you realize how many newbies are in our midst, you also realize how short the memory of some webmasters are

I think it would be tactless NOT to point certain things out

look at the response that was given from them - I rest my case

power182 ~ Sorry about that, I thought you got the answer to this one.

We can process for you if you have an EU address and a person residing there (sole proprietor) OR if you have an EU corporation.

Contact me directly if you have any other questions

SegPay has no relationship to iBill.

A small group of us at SegPay did work at iBill at one time or another. We wanted to stay in the industry and continue working at an IPSP. That is the only tie back to iBill. None of us had any ownership in the company.

If you would contact me I would be happy to talk to you personally to clear this up.
