We can process for you if you have an EU address and a person residing there (sole proprietor) OR if you have an EU corporation.

SegPay has no relationship to iBill.

A small group of us at SegPay did work at iBill at one time or another. We wanted to stay in the industry and continue working at an IPSP. That is the only tie back to iBill. None of us had any ownership in the company.
