5 out of the top ten links I cannot get to because they are on Cogent, did not bother to check the rest as it is probably the same all the way down.
Are any of those webmasters here? I'm curious how much traffic is down for you and how many people this is affecting. |

Sucks for those webmasters running their stuff on Cogent, hopefully they hosted their actual site on a real connection.
