being spamed by anime porn

Past 2-3 days ive been getting the same retarded spam for some anime, so I was curious and I went to the site. http://www.toonedup.net its a sorry excuse for a site not to mention their using paypal (their account is already dead) I ignore the 50 mails I get from them daily then today I woke up and I have about 1000 emails with Delivery Status Notification (Failure) and Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender I checked a few of them and of course the person started to use my email admin AT smutx.net as a from/reply to address and im getting all the bounce back emails, I had to disable my email and I was wondering if there?s any tactic?s to go about from letting this happen again

when i DNSed the domain it pointed to 209.215.97.254.... my guess is he has either a wireless connection setup and is hosting apache on his computer or he has a hacked computer with a webserver installed on it...

Start doing what I do, make a catchall on your domain, then give a different email address to every sponsor. I started getting spam a couple weeks ago on my business e-mail. Conversation with sponsor was as follows. I sat on this till now, hoping they would provide a satisfactory response (though I'm not sure what I would have been okay with, certainly not this one).. here it is:

We have a mail server in San Diego that we believe was compromised... we have pulled the box offline.

I would suggest you kill that email address and make a new one.

Whomever did it is stupid... to spam webmasters anyhoo.... they don't know what the list is.

Sorry agian...

Ok the 2257 page gives this as custodian of records:

Mike Hart

Custodian of Records
P.O. Box 1468
Bangkok
Thailand
10160

He's hosted at http://simplecom.net/ and the domain is registered through DirectNIC. I'm gonna contact both to see what they can do.
