Start doing what I do, make a catchall on your domain, then give a different email address to every sponsor. I started getting spam a couple weeks ago on my business e-mail. Conversation with sponsor was as follows. I sat on this till now, hoping they would provide a satisfactory response (though I'm not sure what I would have been okay with, certainly not this one).. here it is:

I provide a unique, new e-mail address for each sponsor. My e-mail address I provided to Silvercash was
[email protected]. I am receiving ~10 non-compliant spams a day to this e-mail. Please tell me how my e-mail address was compromised. Contact me via
[email protected].

Hi.
Sorry....So am I... we don't mail or sell our lists.
We have a mail server in San Diego that we believe was compromised... we have pulled the box offline.
I would suggest you kill that email address and make a new one.
Whomever did it is stupid... to spam webmasters anyhoo.... they don't know what the list is.
Sorry agian...
