I love Quaker's Chocolate Cruesli, that's my sin. Other good suggestions: any Ben&Jerry's flavor, brownies, blueberry muffins, donuts, you name it.

the rest of the week is basically grilled chicken and steamed rice... with an occasional steak. Nothing sweet.

Don't eat rice everyday, try to cycle your carbs. Take a baseline of 100gr.

Do 100gr. per day on 2 days of the week, 50gr. on 2 days of the week and 200 gr. on 3 days in the week (when you train the hardest). This will kick bodyfat incineration up a notch.
