Don't eat rice everyday, try to cycle your carbs. Take a baseline of 100gr.
Do 100gr. per day on 2 days of the week, 50gr. on 2 days of the week and 200 gr. on 3 days in the week (when you train the hardest). This will kick bodyfat incineration up a notch.
