I also think as much as you say you avoid risk by gettin your money up front, you are taking massive risk by puttin most if not all your Time and energy building up ifriends. If they go under you will take forever to come back. If you spliut your traffic up you would make slightly less with them but you would protect yourself from them going out of buisness. Not saying that they are just as you pointed out anyone can go under for a number of reasons. I know all too well about 3rd parties as I got raped by DMR back in the day I lost minimal to nothing when Ibill went under because I no longer use any 3rd party processing. I too like to spread the risk around :) At some point we will earn all of your traffic. you are a good marketeer and a smart person I look forward to the day we get you to send us your mass of surfers :)

I agree with most of what you said. What I like about ifriends is that *I* can advertise it about 10 different ways that is one of the main reasons why I think I do so well with clickcash. If people send their traffic to ifriends.com or if they advertise it only as a webcam site I can see how that would back a saturated argument. I personally am not a big believer of saturation, but i know a lot of people sware by it and is why i throw it out there. You can elimate the thought of saturation 100% if you are advertising a company/ product that gives you a lot of flexability with your marketing. I can advertise ifriends as a webcam site, dating site, mega porn site, solo girl cam site, avs type site, etc. I can also market different aspects of the site like HDTV, multi angle cams, and free shows just to name a few. If you get stuck with using the same old ads that everyone else is using, that can't help the webmaster no matter what you promoting.
In regards to the risk, if I wanted to switch everything to cams (everything) it really would only take me a couple hours. I just don't see how that is taking a risk and the need to spread it around. If i make 10% less with Company B, and i send them 1/2 my traffic, then all i need is Company A to stay in business for more then 20 weeks for me to come ahead. Basically if I lose 1,500 a week by spliting my income, in 20 weeks time I would have lost 1 whole week's income from company A. then if Company A goes down and I lose a paycheck I am still ahead of the game. After doing ClickCash for 5 years I am a couple months ahead of the game. And if ClickCash went under I could convert TeamClickCash to TeamLars and make the transition in a few days, I doubt it would be hard to get everyone to follow me over :)
