I think it doesn't look any where near as good as the V3 and it's a good bit bigger too. And if they havn't put any effort into the OS like last time, then I certainly aint buying one.

how does it work? Any complains? How's the signal on it? I'm really into this phone, but don't wanna buy it and then end up hating it Any feedback?

This a a 3G/UMTS version of the v3, not a replacement for it. If you don't need 3G or have no coverage, theres no use to get the v3x at this time.
