15 bucks Canadian is about 4 cents US. Rubbles is the russian currency and has no real value. Its sorta like monopoly money, everyone has a closet full of it, but you cant use it for anything.

it's worth what it costs to register, but nothing more.

It's a decent name for a site, but there are tons of names you can get that are good too.

Basically no domain like that is worth nothing.
It should be a 3-5 letters long (preferably with a meaning) to have any value.
