i'm going to fly through iceland next time i go to europe.. i want to stay a couple of days. how is it like? what is there to do?

I flew through there on my way to Amsterdam. It looked beautiful, I wish I would have planned to stay there for a day or 2.

in winter its cold and dark its expensive too

I liked it though theres loads of cool things to do like see volcanos and glaciers and stuff and they have a really cool outdoors geothermically heated spa pool thing that rocks
