I'm sorry I hate cp as much as anyone else but this is the stupidest thing I have ever seen written.

Do you not realize once they erode your civil liberties in one area they erode them in all.

If cops were allowed to circumvent search warrants in cases of cp they'd just start using that as an excuse to go in and harass honest adult webmasters or whoever it is they had a bone to pick with.

Please pick up a newspaper, watch some documentaries read books on history that were not provided by your school about such things as the anti-war movement, the civil rights movement, the McCarthy hearings and you will see why we have certain civil liberties like the miranda warning in place due to the abuse of government in the past which continues in the present (they are considering revoking the miranda warning) ....and maybe you might rethink this statement.

Rushing in and arresting someone on pure speculation and no investigation or evidence will only result in cases being turned over by higher courts which will release the true criminals while more than likely locking up honest people in the process.

Just imagine pissing off some asshole adult webmasters who gets a hardon fucking with people...he picks up the phone and calls Officer Winchell and makes a false accusation against you...the headlines in the newspaper across the front page.
"Local adult webmaster arrested for running child porn websites!"

And then 6 weeks later the retraction is printed somewhere on page 15 in small print. "Charges were dropped due to lack of evidence."

But guess what you were arrested...and you now have a record...convicted for a crime...no...but arrested...yes...and just as bad in the eyes of your local community...enjoy the rest of your fucked up life.
