I just did a scan with this got 98% of the way through I think and had 199 infections, anyone else try this? Had more than that?

I had that just last week alone..it's not uncommon for me to get atleast 500 per week

I get a ton of spyware as well. Usually right after I do some gallery subs.

Webroots Spy Sweeper is a fantastic product also. Its the only one I found that got rid of 5 of the worst browser hijackers that had infected my kid's pc. I tried every prog on them and only Spy Sweeper was able to detect and then eliminate each one perfectly. I highly recommend this.
