We shot this last Saturday at GG, he did 450lbs for 3 reps, pretty good if you ask me. Pretty damn pumped and full of energy as you can see lol. This guy really transformed himself from a skinny frat boy into one hell of a beast, gained over 45+ lbs of lean dry muscle mass within 8 months, incredible.

He doesn't look like he's heavy into roids or anything. 8 months can be a long time if you eat right and keep up with your lifting routines, supplements, etc.

Just can say so much without Jordan kicking my ass. If you think you can add some 40 odd pounds of muscle in 8 months without a little bit of chem "help" then you're dreaming. You can get HGH, Dbol etc at any downtown corner, a full blown cycle like his may just be a bit pricey for most though

Yes. It all depends on how dedicated (and crazy) you are, along with genetics playing a major role. I'm not questioning you doubting that he gained 45 pounds of pure muscle in 8 months (considering it's not easy to accomplish by any means), but it's definitely possible and I've seen it done.

Yes I know them well. I dont work out with them regularly as they have only visited a couple times and I took them to my gym.. Yes they live outside of the states..

Alot of people said they would of come down from Ft Lauderdale just to meet david, but I'am letting the cat out of the bag here.. He was down here to Marry his lovely girlfriend of 6 years on Friday the 23rd, Linda. I was at the wedding and it was great, he just left to the Bahamas yesterday and why he is posting my squatting video when he should be dehyrdated and not leaving the bed, I wont understand.

I will upload more pics later, it's a pain in the nuts resizing them all. I added some black and white for effects.
