We shot this last Saturday at GG, he did 450lbs for 3 reps, pretty good if you ask me. Pretty damn pumped and full of energy as you can see lol. This guy really transformed himself from a skinny frat boy into one hell of a beast, gained over 45+ lbs of lean dry muscle mass within 8 months, incredible.
