What usage limitations are placed on hosting?
ZipHosters works hard to keep our servers running in peak operating condition. In order to maintain a positive experience for all of our customers, we have enacted a Usage Policy. Our Usage Policy dictates that when a website uses 10% or more of our server resources for more than 1 minute, it is considered to be using excessive amounts of resources. Excessive resources can cause problems with script execution and file transfer, among other things. ZipHosters.com reserves the right to suspend any account that is considered to be endangering the functionality of our servers.

Does ZipHosters really offer unmetered bandwidth?
Yes. We do not monitor bandwidth usage. There are no overage fees associated with bandwidth. However, our Usage Policy does apply. Please see above for a clarification.
