it does feel good. it also feels good when i crack my finger joints, wrists, elbows shoulder, neck, back, hip, knee, ankle, toes, jaw...

but it does not feel good to crack a skull plate.

I crack my fingers, back, and neck all too often. Once every couple hours at least. My neck now feels like it always needs to be cracked 24/7. Which is morre annoying than anything I can imagine. Back is the same way alot, and recently I had little spasms (dunno what else to call em) where a sharp pain suddenly hits my spine / lower back. It's so bad I freeze up and can't move. Lasts for about 2-5 seconds.

I was able to quit smoking... But I can't stop cracking shit.

I do it occassionally yeh, it frees my neck somehow. My therapist said it won't hurt you if you do it occassionally, if it's a daily habit it will be unhealthy though. Visit a chiropractor sometime, maybe he can give some solid advice.

I started cracking joints and shit 10 years ago or so and wish i never started it, You become dependant on it, chiropractors that say its ok to crack it wont cause damage i think are full of shit, the way my neck and back feels its worse because i have to depend on popping it or im in pain, i was never like that before cracking..

Word of warning, I have had dissections in my arteries in my neck and the doctors said it can occur from chiropractors, so I assume it's even more likely if you do it yourself...
