eBay is proof that you don't need a great URL to make a business work.
There isn't enough type in traffic for property or properties to make those domains worthwhile. More power to you if you can get them. I think Nissan should buy out the guy that's squatting on Nissan.com. I say $50 million for that domain is worth it. Give the man his cash and tell him to F off.
