Image Thumbs
What is the best software for the image thumbs to use ?
I saw there are so many nice thumbs with so low kb on some TGP.Try so many programs, none of them are working properly. |

Well, the thumbs you're referring to are probably thumbs that have some filter applied to them (manual labour)... You can not get "dreamy" looking thumbs automagically.
