wonder how they control fraud and cheaters? good for you though, if someone is doing that, stick with it. theres tons of ways to abuse that in my opinion.

They can control fraud somewhat, they have a computer proggie looking for fraudulent looking stuff and if their computer deems you "suspicious", they turn off the instant payouts for a time until the computer deems you "trustworthy" again.

This is what I was told by David D over at Flashcash.

More sponsors should do this for trustworthy webmasters, or if you've been sending sales for x weeks/months.
