Just starting up some new campaigns for ppc engines.

Go back in slow. Monitor each campaign real close. Some engines that used to work have gone downhill ("partners" and "affiliates") have severely diluted the quality of the traffic.
I baby sit most of my campaigns every day.

^ Adwords traffic isn't that good and it's very hard to make a profit anymore because of crappy & to much competition.
