Total body cleansing - Suggestions
I want to do a total body cleansing. I quit drinking and am in the process of quitting smoking and want to do a total body cleansing.
Any suggestions?

I suggest you research "Kokopelli & Spike" .. They have a full body detox kit... I used a smaller kit to pass a blood test a while back, 3 days after smoking.

I completed 10 days of this cleanse. It was worth it, but not easy. I think my problem was the fact that I was so overweight (still have some pounds to lose lol) and addicted to carbs, my body went into shock for like 3 days, I couldnt do anything but crave sweets and my head hurt like a bitch.
After that though it was all good. I feel so clean on the inside, my skin looks great, I'm eating healthy foods (dont even crave bad stuff) and I lost 23 lbs. So give it a shot, just try and ween off the carbs a bit first if you have a problem like I did. Quote:
