i completed 15 days on this cleanse/fast, i wouldn't use the term 'diet'. people get confused with the two. this should'nt be used as a weighloss program but more of an internal cleansing. although you will lose some weight.
the first 3-5 days are the toughest, after that it's a peice of cake. i was still even in the gym everyday doing this, you don't lose your energy.
most of all, you just have to be head strong and follow the book precicley, no cheating at all. in the end it is all worth it. i lost a few extra lbs. and my body felt great afterwards. i highly recommend it. i'm going for it again after the holidays!
