Bone, it was my second day in 3 months. One thing true in life...once you get into something, you keep going with it....you go to the gym reguarly, then you go 3-4 times a week...if you stop, you dont go 7 times a week...

lol, I went with the GFY sweatshirt, they wouldn't let me in at 24 hours Fitness SuperSports.

yeah im at 24 hour fitness also.
But we always go during the day around 2:00 pm or late at night like after 11:00 pm

Usually the people around those hours are pretty cool about it.
During the day its usually packed with a lot of strippers and thier personal trainers thats why i like going at that time.

Never go in during the morning, all these fucking house wives.
They dont like pron for some reason.

And dont go in during rush hour after work 6:00 pm time to 9:00 pm, they will not let ya wear that shit then either!

But late at nigt its all good, they dont give a fuck.
In fact they will even give ya free tans if the people at the dek know ya late at night.

its a major lyfe style change.
Every fall and winter I get real fucking lazy and dont work out, and i usually feel like shit around the month of May when the weather gets nice and its too late to get in spring shape. Nevertheless I normally work out hard all summer so it keeps me in line.

Except last summer I skipped working out all together.
With the Europe trip and all the other travel I did I said fuck it, and now im payiing the price.

I figure Ill get in shape early this year before late spring and summer comes.

Day 2 at the Gym is tonight!
