Grouse Grind
anybody ever do the grind in vancouver? for those who don't know, its basically a long hike up the side of a mountain...did it twice this week, today i did it in 56 minutes, 2 minutes faster than last time

I love Grouse, fun all year round...
I'm not in that great of shape, I used to do it every 2 weeks or so, at around 50 minutes. I enjoy snowboarding at Grouse in the winter more  |
