Calm down. I didn't say anything about it being right or that they should be able to. I also didn't say anything about maturity. It's true that females reach physical and mental maturity faster. That's not the same as sexual maturity. For example girls that mature quickly feel awkward while boys enjoy it and get accolades from their peers.
