Different organs (one organ penetrates, the other is penetrated), different desires (ex typical male becomes horny during puberty and stays that way throughout life and knows what he wants, while many women don't know what they want sexually until they reach middle age), different consequences (ex typical male has lost his 'virginity' to his own hand many times, while girls only 'lose it' once. And men can't get pregnant.)

As a result, student/teacher sexual relations reversed isn't comparable.

The only thing 'equal' between both instances is that two people of opposite sex are engaging in a sexual act.
