it's one thing to say it's possible to influence the weather.. maybe even generate conditions that produce large hurricanes.. but its more than far fetched to say it's actually been done for any particular hurricane and even more so for a particular purpose..

I won't say I don't believe this can happen, but I am not so sure I buy into that on this....... I am not a scientist so I don't really know and have no opinion on that.

BUT, in the defense of $$$, I will tell you that my husband and I watched a show on the Discovery Channel about a year ago where our OWN scientists were showing how weather CAN be manipulated to this capacity because they had been testing it way out of harm's way. I have to say it completely blew my mind and was a little eery that this can be done. My husband is a huge weather watcher and always has been, so he watches all these weather shows and usually they don't catch my attention, but this one did.

Like I said, I am not sure I believe that's what this was, I don't even want to believe that for a minute, but I do know that they have been testing weather manipulation in our own country. It should be listed in the archives of the Discovery Channel somewhere, I'll see if I can find it.

Well damn, I can't find that piece on this subject now, I'll see if my husband remembers the name of the show when he wakes up. He'll probably know, I usually walk in midway into shit and never know the names of the shows I watch on TV. LOL

I just know that I did see this and it was mindblowing for sure. The show we seen wasn't doing this to harm anyone but more of a way to see if they could reroute them once they were started, they weren't showing it from an aspect of using them as potential weapons or anything like that, it wasn't a conspiracy theory kind of thing. All I am saying is they it CAN happen..... and I guess in the wrong hands, this could happen..... but that isn't what the guys were doing on the show we watched. They just worked with creating them and then rerouting them... that's all on this show.

Weather manipulation IS possible. I find it amusing that everyone mocks the possibility but with a little internet research you can discover that it is, in fact, a real phenom. "they've" had the technology for over 30 years, I'm sure its quite well developed by now. In fact, some private corp.s have the technology. The weather service an cnn even showed the trajectory of the storm as it came in from the ocean an were like, "whats amazing is how this storm just suddenly altered its course an went in a totally different direction, almost like it was guided" lol Cuz it probably was!

Theres a law on the books for anyone thats got the time, or inclination to find it...that says weather control or modification is banned for war applications or some shit like that. I saw it with my own eyes. Point is, if an old law on the books from 30+ years ago, says weather control is banned, then that implies that it exists.
