you have enough people in the dome to make upp the population of a town. In any community population you are going to have sex offenders,pedos and people inclined to murder. Now add into that a lawless environment with a touch of the end of the world is near feeling and you are going to have the people with those tendencies actting on there temptations and figuring they will get away with it because at is point it is just another dead body to the cleanup crew. People didn't get background checks before they went in so as far as a ny of us know there could be a serial killer or rapist in there.
