Most 'forbidden' type niche's will be gone, follow
CashQuest/WebQuest. They sold a bunch of their
sites to Maximum Cash a year or so back.

They cleaned everything up, not sure how well they are
doing these days..but I am guessing it's not as good as
before.

Fisting sites should beware too, in fact. I have a facial/cum lovers tour for my paysites, I am looking at closing it after talking with
my legal counsel recently.

Now is the time to get complient, soon, the terror issues will fade
away and the government will be looking for some of us.

The watersports niche is not dead just to many risks to keep one up.

Laws are getting stiffer, FTC is going to crack down on certain issues. No need to wave a flag like watersports sites to get in trouble with.
