Most 'forbidden' type niche's will be gone, follow
CashQuest/WebQuest. They sold a bunch of their
sites to Maximum Cash a year or so back.

They cleaned everything up, not sure how well they are
doing these days..but I am guessing it's not as good as
before.

The watersports niche is not dead just to many risks to keep one up.
