Hi everybody, I'll start shooting content for my new site and I couln'd find any example of 2257 record I have to use to fill up the models data. (what data is required, etc)

Im in Argentina,i cant hire a lawer, or yes but i dont think that would be useful.
I need the following information: 18 USC 2257 Legal Forms Set and Model Release (adult industry) Summary: Includes terms in favor of the content producer for an adult industry model release; notice and recording keeping requirements for 18 USC 2257; and a short-form license for purchase of content from an original content producer under 18 USC 2257. Updated April, 2005. But i cannot pay $100, please, someone can send me one that you have been used? Tnxs
