Question: DOCSIS Cable Modems...I know they are capped.....
internally n such... and also I am sure ISP has a cap.
Now question. Can the hardware modem be uncapped? Uploading shit is slow yo. |

Its all done back at the isp.....its not even possible anymore
I had mine uncapped back in the day though. That was when @home was the big broadband provider. But 2 buyouts later its a different ball game |
