Now question. Can the hardware modem be uncapped?

If you want to get TOSed by your ISP and possibly face legal action, yes, it's possible.

Its all done back at the isp.....its not even possible anymore


I had mine uncapped back in the day though. That was when @home was the big broadband provider. But 2 buyouts later its a different ball game
