I dunno, I could see it turning bad if people are just posting names in there without any proof to hard to manage imo.

True , well proof needs to be posted. Maybe after they are verfied scammers on main forum they can be moved to scammer forum?

How do you "verify" a scammer?

I mean come on, in most cases when it hits the boards there are two people crying foul, while two others are singing the praises of the dude being crucified.

Fill me in here. I just see the potential for big time fuckery.

newbie wm: hey man do you know bob?
less of a newbie wm: sure i do
newbie wm: he cool?
less of a newbie wm: seems to be, he sold me blah blah a while back and delivered

thats about ALL you can do.

I concur. I think it would be a good idea, and your heart's in the right place to protect others. But you, and I both know that you would get a lot of fake drama, no proof, and a lot of simple things like people who do not get their check's at the microsecond they should have screaming foul.

Some forum like that would need a full time mod, as it would overtake the drama of any other section of the board. In the end, doing more harm than good.

well impartial party. there has to be solid proof. Once its verified then they get put in.
