A more honest answer from perfectgonzo would be:
We're located offshore so we still take spam traffic...Now gofuckyourself. |
no drama in this thread, just two whining bitches
|
you do NOT have to opt-in for mail to be compliant.
So just opt-out and shut the fuck up. :D |
A webmaster shouldn't even bother reporting a spam in 2005 (unless of illegal content), just attempt an unsuscribe and move on. Why? Because all spam is approved by the affiliate programs with rare exceptions when they are not aware of it and they learn it quickly from their host. Companies have to comply with the local laws and if they are located outside the states can-spam law doesn't apply to them.

Yea see that's the problem smart guy.. I've been getting these since way back in May probably before then.. I've opted out a few times yet I still get them. I'm simply asking perfectgonzo to do something about this affiliate but it seems they don't give a shit. So all I can do is post the info so more webmasters will see what they do. Some like me may choose to no longer send them traffic.. Some like yourself probably won't give a shit.. Then again I bet you probably aren't getting 10 e-mails a day from the as swipe. |
email spam is not real drama.
