My business partner wants to get into freesites.. he says he'll do one a day.. whats the best hosting deal he can get for that? what is really needed?

not a free hosting no no no !.. hosting for freesites.. i might also host some realllyy no traffic mainstream sites.. (like 1 gig a month so they dont count for anything)
