DAY 3 my neck is better but still fucked....
Went to chiropractor today again , i feel better now... I hope tomorrow it doesnt come back. IF it does Monday I am off to my MD n shit might be something serious

this might sound like a joke but you need to drink a lot more water. i had the same problem with my neck and back. my sis in law told me it was because i didn't drink enough. i started drinking lots of water and don't have that problem anymore. add stress to the list and it doubles your problem. |
