Being the middleman doesn't mean you're ripping anyone off. Most of the time it's the only practical way of doing business in the world. Can you imagine the chaos if instead of going to a car dealership to buy a car, you had to drag your ass to Ohio (or wherever their manufacturing plants are)?

The reason there are middlemen is because it's impractical for everyone to buy directly from the producer of a good. Doesn't mean anyone's getting ripped off.

Well we provide hosting and content free of charge.

The content he can not sell no, but its included part of his site package. The content is not owned by him, it is licensed to Adultbouncer. We do not care if he wishes to sell his site, it's really up to him.

We usually purge sites if they dont generate anything for a long period of time. We give webmasters a chance to run their sites before deciding to purge it, since space usage can become quite high if we let sites idle for a long period that are using 20 gigs of space . If they continue to update their site then yes we will continue to provide content even though they don't generate any revenue.

But his site is generating revenue and we will keep supplying our content to whoever is running it.

We get about 100-150 new titles per month added to our current video list.

And hosting is also provided free of charge.

Amp and I've had a few differences of opinion a few times and yup, quite the smart ass, but on this thread, he's been right on the money...I feel for the poor sap who buys the site and decides he wants to move the site to a new host...then realizing he doesn't actually "own" the content...if someone is willing to pay for an AVS site, that's their choice, but some honesty should be put into the ad...will the buyer get any guidance with regards to the nature of the pics, vides, etc. (being licensed to adultbouncer and NOT the guy who buys the site)? or will they be hitting this or other webmaster boards wondering why they can't transfer their stuff?

Anyway, after reading this incredible thread from top to bottom, I have appended my EBAY listing to reflect some excellent points that have arisen from this forum.
