Best to sell at peak. I've held on to two companies (mainstream) past their peak. One I should have and could have sold, the other I should-a just bailed on. I knew it at the time, but my ego got in the way.

100k in bargain blowout content (enough for 40 sites)
50k in designs for the 40 sites.
100k in MISC expenses, software etc.
50k in Marketting like ragecash did.
200k in front money to back the PPS to start it.

500k in total.

Granted there are some other things, but it's not exactly like you are buying some solid reputation for 4 million dollars. I just saved anyone interested 3.5 million dollars. You're welcome.
