i'm also thinkin about doing this to clean my system out but who did i keep from gaining a ton of weight when the fasting is over? wont my body store food thinking its gonna starve again?

You're very pretty but I don't know what you looked like before so I can't comment on 'before vs after'.

How was the cleanse? I've heard that it's very tough to get through and you can sometimes get quite ill while your body is getting rid of all the built up crap - but it's amazing if you can make it through.

Also, be very careful post-cleanse because I've heard it can be really easy to put a bunch of weight on as your food is better absorbed without all the gunk coating your intestines

i run 5mi almost everyday, about 5 days a week. and i do about 150-200 crunches a day. i do weight training, yoga, swimming, i do it all!! i am a gym whore.

i also eat really good too. a bit of a health nut. I LOVE IT!
