i'm also thinkin about doing this to clean my system out but who did i keep from gaining a ton of weight when the fasting is over? wont my body store food thinking its gonna starve again?

How was the cleanse? I've heard that it's very tough to get through and you can sometimes get quite ill while your body is getting rid of all the built up crap - but it's amazing if you can make it through.

Also, be very careful post-cleanse because I've heard it can be really easy to put a bunch of weight on as your food is better absorbed without all the gunk coating your intestines :2 cents:

just eat good and exercise. i have long before doing this detox. no sugar, starches or crappy food. ever.
