My brother was arrested by Seattle PD for "resisting arrest" when he mouthed off to a cop for writing him a jaywalking ticket.

They dropped the charges...but still it was a couple of hours before he got out.

I think that after what happened last year... they are trying to show that they have a firm grip on the festivities. Id rather have them a bit over zealous as compared to the lack of control they showed last year.

I gotta give them credit though. I could never have the patience to be a cop. First punk that back talked me would get a severe beating.
