what matters is if there is enough cash behind the company to
cover pay per signup payouts until the recurring member base,
cross and upsells are ample enough to do so.
otherwise it is impossible to do so without shaving.
the math is basic and quite simple.
search oprano for the math and explanation by the only guy I trust in
this business, bill pmb.

EPC people didn't hide their relationship with Ragecash. They messaged me last week to let me know about this new program. I can see it having more than one owner, that's why they didn't come out hey we own this program blah balh.

Anyhow, since it's backed by Extremepaychekcks to a degree, you won't have to worry about funds for their PPS program.
