Gatorade works wonders for non-migraine headaches and hangovers.

For drinking, you can prevent the hangovers by downing a small bottle of Gatorade before passing out.

Works every time.

drink at least 0.5l water bevore you go to sleep, drink another 0.5l (or more) water while sleeping (you know, everytime you wake up drink a little bit). when you wake up eat immediately bevore the hangover starts (for me that´s usually about 30min after waking up).
then go somewhere outside, fresh air works wonders. don´t sit at home in front of the tv all day...
