drink at least 0.5l water bevore you go to sleep, drink another 0.5l (or more) water while sleeping (you know, everytime you wake up drink a little bit). when you wake up eat immediately bevore the hangover starts (for me thatīs usually about 30min after waking up).
then go somewhere outside, fresh air works wonders. donīt sit at home in front of the tv all day...
