HELP, I'm so tired...
Last night I slept 18 hours. I had been up for 11 hours before I hit the sack and the night before I had slept for 13 hours. I feel very tired lately and I (obviously) tend to sleep a lot. I'd understand sleeping that much if I stayed up several days at a time, but it's not that. I can barely stay up longer than a (normal) working day and I get tired and need to sleep. If I force it and try staying awake, I get almost nothing done. HELP, anyone got any suggestions what I could do?

 And seriously, sleeping 18 hours is wayyy too much. I know when I sleep too much, I end up feeling like total shit as if I didn't sleep at all. You're making things worse on yourself by sleeping so much. |

GFY should have a sticky on this type of topic.. If you arent depressed feeling then its a sleep disorder, But usally depression comes along with a sleep disorder :P
I have severe sleep apnea but i love sleeping so i say fuck it.. But every 5-6 weeks ill hit a spell where i feel like a truck hit me.. |
