GFY should have a sticky on this type of topic.. If you arent depressed feeling then its a sleep disorder, But usally depression comes along with a sleep disorder :P

I have severe sleep apnea but i love sleeping so i say fuck it.. But every 5-6 weeks ill hit a spell where i feel like a truck hit me..
