Boston must really, really suck it hard
So, the Rolling Stones are playing at Fenway Park on Sunday. So far, so good.
That is until you find out that the cops are going to be outside with noise meters to make sure it isn't too loud, and if it is, they call the promoters, and make them turn it down! The Stones can never be too loud. |

It's just mainly the area around Fenway. About 4 years ago it became the "cool" place to get an apartment and a lot of rich preppy people moved in there. I was a bouncer at a bar about a block and a half from fenway and when it closed at 2 am almost every night somebody would call the cops because it was to noisy. Gee 1000 people out on the street after drinking all night and about %95 of them from boston university it's going to be loud. So yeah that area sucks a lot now. But Boston is a great town as a whole.

yeah..it is a great area but when I was in college there the fenway area was turning into a living area and they got picky about noise. Me? I just heard too many stories about 'the fens' to be there on my own at night.
I loved Boston. |

I've been to Boston a couple times. I like the city. I wish I had more reasons to go there.

That is so freaking lame! I wish I had police here with noise meters to go and shut down this shit ass club that plays their music so loud (and fucking late I might add) that my windows shake at times due to the shitty bass.
