You really need to stay on top of your health once you hit your 40's and especially going into your 50's. Everyone thinks they are built of steel and will last forever. I lost one of my first cousins at the beginning of the month. He was only 47 and just dropped dead in his music studio.

I stopped smoking last year but started again a few months ago ... going to try and stop for good now + eat right + work out + pray that I'll be around to see my kids grow up.

Can't believe what I am reading!! I received an e-mail from Greg hours before he died about his work, we were close to make a deal.

Greg stopped smoking a while ago, he wanted to take better care of his body he mentioned.

Too late my friend, and it hurts knowing we'll never meet again!!

Greg was one of a kind ... could be a friend to anyone within minutes, and not one unkind bone in his body. we had beers a few times, i can't say we were best friends, but im sure that anyone who was close to him is feeling a tremendous loss ... i send out my condolences to his close friends and those who loved him.

this honestly hasnt sunk in ... why do the good guys go?

RIP im 100% sure you will never be forgotten.
